Eli conducts workplace investigations on complex and sensitive disputes for public and private employers. He has conducted investigations for public agencies across California, including state agencies, cities, counties, school districts and other special districts. Eli is called on to investigate a variety of issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and employee misconduct. His investigations have involved individuals at all levels in the organization, including executive officers, directors, department heads, elected officials and citizens. Eli regularly conducts investigations under the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Act and the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act.
Eli serves on the Board for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). He regularly trains attorneys and Human Resources professionals as full-time faculty at AWI’s ANSI accredited training institute. He has trained thousands of managers and human resources representatives on all aspects of employment law, including conducting workplace investigations, EEO compliance, disability accommodation and social media in the workplace.
Eli serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). He regularly trains attorneys and Human Resources professionals as full-time faculty at AWI’s ANSI accredited Training Institute for Workplace Investigators.
Eli received his law degree from the University of California, Davis.
